From the archives - A sunny floral delight

I’m feeling extra lucky this Mother’s Day as I have the pleasure of spending it with my two children whom I haven’t seen in person for several months. My husband and I are enjoying some sunshine together with them while celebrating a big milestone for my youngest.

This 2015 painting, “Sunflower Tropics” seemed like a good fit for my mood.

Next week I’ll consider the significance of this post (my 101st Artist Note!), but for now, I’m just going to enjoy the day.
