A Moment of Reflection

A painting and short note for you this Memorial Day

My family has had a tradition of coming together on Memorial Day to remember those we’ve lost and raise a glass to toast their memory. It’s a celebration I’ve attended off and on over the years and I fondly remember our time sharing stories and family updates with each other. This year, I will be taking my memories on the road and enjoying a different kind of family time, but I am still thankful I can be with those I love.
